Below are pictures of a bathroom installation carried out for Mrs Lewis of Kemsing in Sevenoaks, Kent – the pictures show the different stages of the work being carried out by ARD specialist engineers.
These pictures show the archway and shower valve prior to new walls being built
This shows tiling prior to grouting and painting of ceiling
ARD tailor made the bathroom to allow Mrs Lewis to have a whirlpool bath she'd always desired
This picture shows WC outlet being on the outside wall to create space. ARD had to install a new soil stack out through the wall down to the nearest drain outlet, which was traced with our specialist cameras for minimal disruption
To make good use of the space we installed a small double convector radiator with 10ml microbore pipe work

Once the bathroom had been cleaned and polished mastic had to be put in place surrounding the shower doors vanity units, bath etc.
Mrs Lewis was very pleased with the alterations especially to her shower unit. The works were complicated due to pipe work preventing good use of space. ARD had to remove this pipe work to accommodate the shower, this involved draining down a Victorian hot water system and cutting out steel pipe work. This allowed us to install a double shower and enabled the customer to keep an archway that had been previously tiled that she wanted to keep in the bathroom – we incorporated this as the entrance to the shower.
These pictures show the luxury bathroom we installed once the work was complete. The quality of our installation is clear to see and Mrs. Lewis was delighted with her new bathroom facilities.
