Domestic Drainage

ARD Local were asked to carry out a CCTV survey by the landlord of a property to verify the conditions of a drain pipe that kept flooding in a flat.

It had caused the tenants to have to move out on two occasions, due to foul waste coming up from an internal drain into the property.

Our engineer diagnosed using CCTV camera equipment, that the drain was shared between the properties above and surrounding.  The engineer suggested that due to the cost to excavate it would be easier to re-run the drain to the nearest man hole in the private walk way to the side of the property.

Pictures show our engineer carrying out the installation and re-direction of the drain system to reduce time and costs.  To allow tenants to move back in to the property after sanitisation, cleaning and re-decorating.

All workmanship and materials are guaranteed for three years for underground drainage subject to terms and conditions.
