A wet room installation consisted of tanking out the floors and walls, using a rubberised solution, upgrading all of the drainage outlets from i.e baths, showers and WC’s to allow easy access for blockages that could occur in the near future if any.
Due to the foresight of ARD Locals luxury installations we have the experience to install easy access, rodding eye inlets prior to tiling, to enable engineers at a later date to gain access for any maintenance or plumbing problems that may occur in the near future, due to a build up of hair, lime scale and general day to day blockages.
We suggest to all our clientèle that these precautionary measures are carried out prior to tiling to enable engineers to deal with any emergencies without removing tiles and causing minimal disruption and further expense to our clients. However ARD do offer with all bathroom installation a three year workmanship and materials guarantee subject to term and conditions.
